Our small Magnetic Travel Chess Set is a terrific Chess set. It features a snap-closed plastic box with plastic hinges that opens up to a 23 cm x 23 cm (9.5" x 9.5") board with 2.5 cm (1") squares. The King is 5 cm (2") tall.

The nicely detailed pieces stay put with magnetic bases that keep them firmly planted on the board no matter how you hold it. You can thus bring it anywhere you go without the risk of losing the pieces. All of the pieces are very visible and easy to play with. When folded, the set and board fit nicely in your bag or backpack for later use. Pieces are stored inside the plastic box.
